00/hour Kelly Services is currently hiring a CNC Operator for a leading manufacturer in Hartford, WI. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CNC machining experience who are looking for a stable weekday schedule, weekly pay, strong benefits, and long-term career growth in a clean, highly automated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines Load and run pre-programmed CNC programs Review work instructions, specifications, and production requirements Monitor machine operations and identify potential issues Inspect parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Safely move materials using forklifts and material handling equipment Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance Maintain a safe and organized work area What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications Experience using measuring and inspection tools Forklift experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally Why Apply?
