00/hour (includes shift premium) Kelly Services is hiring a CNC Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Hartford, WI. This full-time opportunity offers competitive compensation, weekly pay, outstanding benefits, and a four-day workweek that gives you a three-day weekend every week. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC milling machines Load and execute CNC programs Read work orders, specifications, and production instructions Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues Complete quality inspections using precision measuring tools Move materials safely throughout production areas Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Follow established quality and safety standards What We're Looking For Previous CNC machining experience preferred Manufacturing experience required Experience using calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Forklift experience is an asset Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Why Apply?
