We're partnering with a growing precision manufacturer in the Kenosha area that is adding experienced CNC Machinists and CNC Operators to its team. Whether your background is in mills, lathes, or both, we'd like to speak with you. What You'll Do Operate and/or set up CNC mills and lathes Perform offsets, tool changes, and insert changes Read and interpret blueprints Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Maintain quality and production standards Work safely in a clean manufacturing environment What We're Looking For CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or both) Blueprint reading skills Familiarity with GD&T is a plus Experience performing offsets, tooling adjustments, and quality checks Setup experience is preferred but not required for all openings Why You'll Want This Opportunity Up to $32/hour based on experience 4-day work week Overtime available Stable, growing manufacturer Opportunity to learn new equipment and advance your career Outstanding Benefits 90% Medical insurance company paid 100% company-paid dental 100% company-paid life insurance 100% company-paid short-term & long-term disability Tuition reimbursement 80 hours PTO If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a company that values skilled machinists, apply today.
