What You'll Do:

Set up and operate table, panel, and CNC saws to cut plastic materials according to job specifications. Select, identify, and properly label materials based on size, color, and coding. Accurately measure materials and finished parts using tape measures and calipers to ensure specifications are met. Perform first article and finished-part inspections to verify quality and compliance with customer and company standards. Use basic math and sketches to determine material layouts and maximize sheet yields. Follow established safety procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) requirements when operating equipment. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support production and resolve issues. Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent. Carpentry, woodworking, or metal-cutting experience is transferable. Ability to set up CNC saws with the correct tooling, speeds, and feeds. Strong math and logic skills to calculate yields and maximize material utilization.
