Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Programmer and play a vital role in creating precision-engineered components for diverse industries. In this energetic role, you'll develop, optimize, and implement CNC machine programs that drive efficiency and quality. Responsibilities Ability to work in AutoCad Proficiently Ability to work in SigmNest Proficiently Ability to work in Strumis Proficiently Burn table programming proficiently Franklin plate fabricator programming proficiently Check and edit CNC files for shop use. Zeman programming proficiently Peddinghaus plate fabricator programming proficiently Output file to drill / coper / ficep / beam-line/ angle line (all machines) proficiently Drill / coper / ficep programming / beam-line/angle line programming (all machines) proficiently Work with purchasing to secure material meeting deadlines Qualifications Proven experience in CNC programming with proficiency in G-code and M-code programming languages Strong knowledge of CNC machining tools including lathes, mills, grinders, and related equipment Mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and mechanical blueprint symbols accurately Experience with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines for quality inspection Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, feeds, speeds, and tolerances in machining processes Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine setup, operation, welding, welding safety practices, power tools usage, forklift operation (nice-to-have) Join us if you're eager to advance your career in a vibrant manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact product quality and operational excellence.
