CURRENT OPENINGS

CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Set-Up Machinist who can independently set up equipment and prepare jobs for production.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Set up 3-axis vertical mills and 4-axis horizontal mills with Fanuc-style controls Strong understanding of mill G and M codes Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications Strong understanding of GD&T Basic shop math skills Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers Set up parts and machines for production through first article approval Safely and effectively hand completed set-ups off to machine operators Mastercam experience is a plus, but not required CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist who is comfortable working with multi-axis equipment and producing tight-tolerance parts.

Set up multi-axis CNC lathes with Fanuc and Okuma-style controls Strong understanding of lathe G and M codes Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications Strong understanding of GD&T Basic shop math skills Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers Set up parts and machines for production through first article approval Safely and effectively hand completed set-ups off to machine operators Mastercam experience is a plus, but not required CNC Lathe Programmer We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer for multi access lathe with live tooling. This position is ideal for someone who understands the complete machining process and knows how to develop efficient, accurate programs for precision parts.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Mastercam programming experience required Program CNC lathes for precision machining operations Develop efficient machining processes, tool paths, and set-up strategies Strong knowledge of CNC lathe multi access with live tooling feeds, and speeds Strong understanding of G and M codes Read and interpret complex blueprints and manufacturing specifications Strong understanding of GD&T Ability to work within tight tolerances and quality requirements Proficient with precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers Work closely with machinists and set-up personnel to troubleshoot programs and improve machining processes Strong attention to accuracy, efficiency, and quality Precision Surface Grinder / Blanchard Grinder We are seeking an experienced precision grinder who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work and is comfortable working within tight tolerances.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Experience operating precision surface grinding machines — not hand grinders Experience operating Blanchard grinding machines Ability to consistently hold tolerances of ±.0005" Read and interpret blueprints Strong understanding of GD&T Basic shop math skills Proficient with precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Amada Press Brake / Laser Set-Up & Operator We are seeking an experienced professional to join our fabrication department and set up and operate Amada Press Brake and Amada Laser equipment .

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Set up and operate Amada Press Brake and Laser equipment to cut and form metal according to print specifications Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet quality requirements Inspect finished parts for accuracy and make adjustments as needed Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting Experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes and/or laser equipment Strong mechanical aptitude Proficiency in GD&T Ability to use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers Mastercam programming experience is a plus
