positions on 1st and 2nd shifts, mills & lathes programming in the aerospace industry. The chosen candidates will have experience with complex, multi-axis CNC programming with MasterCAM and GibbsCAM software. 5-axis mill and lathe programming is a must! These roles require a strong foundation in CNC machining processes, programming languages, and technical drawing interpretation. Experience in prototype, first article machining is a big plus. 1st shift - 5AM or 6AM start 2nd shift - 2PM or 3PM start Requirements Proven experience in CNC programming for milling machines, CNC lathes, or multi-axis CNC machines with proficiency in Fanuc controls. Strong knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA; experience with CAM software for toolpath generation is essential. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and schematic interpretation for precise manufacturing. Mechanical knowledge related to metal machining processes including electrical discharge machining (EDM), tooling selection, and geometry considerations. Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately and translate them into effective CNC programs. Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and precision measurement instruments. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations while maintaining quality standards. Knowledge of machining tools setup procedures for various materials using CAD/CAM software. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot program issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and machine operators.

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
