Livermore, CA Full-time onsite opportunity: Are you a skilled CNC Programmer who's ready to bring your Mastercam expertise to a precision manufacturer where your work actually matters? We're hiring a CNC Programmer for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established US-based equipment manufacturer in Livermore, CA — a company with 50+ years in business, a brand-new 18,000 sq ft facility, and a growing pipeline of work in the medical, aerospace, electronics, and automotive industries. This is not a production floor. This is a tight-knit, high-precision machine shop where you'll work directly alongside engineers and machinists on complex, varied work. If you thrive on problem-solving, own your programs, and take pride in getting it right the first time — this is your shop.

What You'll Do:

Program 2D and 3D milling toolpaths using Mastercam Work closely with engineers and machinists to support setup sheets, tool lists, and floor troubleshooting Support CMM inspection and quality verification processes Help drive efficiency and continuous improvement on the shop floor

What We're Looking For:

Mastercam proficiency required — 2D and 3D milling toolpaths 3-5 years of CNC programming experience with 5-axis exposure Hands-on machining background strongly preferred — candidates who have worked the machine, not just the computer Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and manufacturing methods Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Strong communication skills — you'll work directly with engineers and machinists daily We value candidates who are looking for a long-term home and are committed to growing with a stable, established company.
