Job Functions:
The CATIA Programmer is responsible for the creation, execution, and the maintenance of programs and fixture design for a wide range 3 and 5 axis CNC equipment and coordination of the manufacturing processes with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Program CNC equipment Choose cutting tools that will create an efficient and cost-effective part Analyze and select speeds and feeds that optimize the cutting process Establish processes and procedures Design fixtures and work holdings to accommodate CNC Programs • Create setup sheets and instructions for Machinist • Optimize and maintain programs files, and production setups Troubleshoot and develop solutions to programs and production setups Complies with all safety rules and regulations Time Management and Organization Communicate and collaborate with Engineers and Machinist Must be able to handle flexible hours Other duties as assigned
