Job Description
The positions require taking the part from blueprint to production through the following steps. Reading, writing and communicating verbally in English Reading and understanding instructions on the work shop traveler. Reading and understanding blue prints. Selecting the correct tools. Programming CNC Machines. (MasterCam Software) Setting up CNC Machines in a timely manor to produce parts that meet the blue print requirements. Using appropriate measuring tools to inspect parts. (mic's, calipers, pin gages, thread gages, comparator) Filling out 1st article inspection reports. Running production to meet the required cycle times while maintaining quality. Attention to detail is a must.
