$24•$32 an hour based on experience•Full-time•
Day Shift Company Background:
Dieform is located in Jurupa Valley, California. The company has been in business since 1967, servicing Aerospace, Military, and Commercial markets. Dieform has an immediate position available for a high precision CNC Programmer and Set-up Operator with significant experience in programming multi-Axis CNC Lathe / Mill machines. The ideal candidate should have relevant prior work experience, a sense of urgency combined with a desire for perfection, a consistent work history, and a positive work ethic. This job demands "High Precision," attention to details and focusing on job at hand is a must. The position requires taking the part from blueprint to production through the following steps: Strong Communication skills•Read, write and communicate verbally in English Read and understand instructions on shop traveler / work order Read and understand complex blue prints & applicable Industry Standards Make proper "Tools Selection," for optimum results Program CNC Machines. (MasterCam Software) Set up CNC Machines in a timely manner to produce parts that meet the blue print requirements Produce 1st Article Piece•use mic's, calipers, pin gages, thread gages, comparator Fill out 1st article inspection reports Run production to meet the required cycle times while maintaining quality. Use appropriate measuring tools & proper techniques to inspect parts.

Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in
United States Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Position may require basic computer skills, such as communicating with customers via emails, discuss technical aspects, schedule delivery and pick-ups. Must be able to wear protective safety equipment as required.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum (5+) years relevant experience.
Required:
This position requires the following demands consisting of, but not limited to: Ability to stand in one area for extended time, bend, pull, stoop and reach to perform functions. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Exposure to dust, dirt, heat, noise, and vibration Must be willing to work in different departments Work on/participate in special projects as needed or assigned by Management Willing to get cross trained in other departments
Compensation and Benefits:
