As an Advanced CNC Milling Technician, you will transform prints into flawless parts—owning setup, operation, and quality checks while helping elevate our processes. If you thrive on exacting standards and continuous improvement, this role is built for you. The impact you'll make Configure and operate CNC milling machines to achieve exact specifications. Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan and execute machining strategies. Oversee machine cycles and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and finish. Conduct routine maintenance and resolve equipment issues to sustain uptime. Inspect completed components using precision metrology to validate conformance. Collaborate across the team to optimize tooling, fixturing, and process efficiency. Champion a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. Background & capabilities High school diploma or equivalent; a machining-focused technical certification/degree is preferred. Hands-on experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or comparable machining position. Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Strong grasp of CNC programming principles and machine operation. Proficiency with precision measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers. Uncompromising attention to detail and dedication to quality. Comfort working both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude paired with robust problem-solving skills.
