Job Description Summary:

10+ years of regular, consistent use of MasterCam to program parts to be CNC machined is required. 5+ years of regular machining work producing prototype & production 5-axis CNC mill parts. 10+ years of experience machining parts from various material types. Performs and qualifies first-run processes, and optimizes operations on existing programs to improve production efficiencies. Reprograms processes as necessary. FAI inspections are done in conjunction with and under approval of the QC team. Able to manage and keep multiple machines running simultaneously. We have a production schedule from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and an office schedule from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Quality and Shipping and Receiving follow the office schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Installation & Mastery:

Be instrumental in the programming and operation of our latest additions: the Doosan

DVF 6500 & DVF 5000

, fully-loaded 5-Axis workhorses, and the

DNM 750 II

, a large bed 3-Axis mill.

Precision Programming:

Expertly utilize SolidWorks (CAD) and MasterCam (CAM) for daily programming needs, ensuring the utmost accuracy and efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold our commitment to delivering quality machined parts that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Collaborative Innovation:

Work closely with our team to drive continuous improvement in our processes and products. Other duties as assigned.
