CNC Programmer RGBSI Aerospace & Defense LLC is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees. As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for energetic and personable professionals to join our team. CNC Technical Job description 1. Programming using Siemens NX ( Preferred) 2. Programming using Mastercam or any other software 3. Drafting and modeling using Siemens NX 4. Drafting and modeling using any other CAD software 5. Ability to verify program using Vericut or similar software 6. Blueprint reading and interpretation . Understanding G and M codes 8. In depth knowledge of different machine controls (Fanuc. Okuma, Mazak, Kiwa…) 9. Programming 3 to 5 axis milling machines 10. Programing CNC lathes and mill-turn combos 11. Exposure and work experience with different part geometries including blade and vane profiles 12. Experience in different innovative material removing techniques 13. Experience with laser drills a plus 14. On machine probing using Renishaw or other probe types for tool, offset and part feature verification
