About the Role As a CNC Milling Specialist, you will drive manufacturing excellence by programming and operating advanced multi-axis machinery to deliver high-precision components. You will play a critical role in optimizing production workflows and ensuring that every part meets rigorous quality standards through expert technical execution. Responsibilities Execute complex CNC machine setups and changeovers to maximize production efficiency. Translate intricate blueprints and technical specifications into high-quality finished components. Perform advanced inspection and gauge measurement to ensure strict adherence to design tolerances. Proactively maintain equipment health to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine machining strategies and improve cycle times. Maintain a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in G-Code programming and CNC machine operation. Strong experience with 3-5 axis VMC and multi-axis lathe systems. Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and process optimization. Preferred Skills Technical degree in machining or a related manufacturing discipline. Hands-on experience with industry-leading platforms such as Makino, Okuma, Haas, or DMG Mori. Advanced knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
