This is an excellent opportunity to join an established medical device manufacturer where you will work on high precision components, operate advanced 5-axis equipment and play a key role within a skilled machining team. The company specializes in manufacturing a bespoke range of medical devices. Due to continued demand, they are looking for an experienced programmer/machinist who can join the growing team. This position would suit someone who can independently program, set up and prove out 5-axis CNC jobs. Experience designing and manufacturing custom fixtures would be a major advantage.

The Role:

Program, set up and prove out 5-axis CNC machinery Manufacture complex, tight-tolerance medical components Select tooling, establish speeds and feeds, and optimize machining processes Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection

The Person:
