What You'll Do:
Develop efficient and reliable CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centers, including complex multi-axis aerospace components. Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation to determine machining requirements, tooling, workholding, and process strategies. Develop fixturing and workholding solutions and support CNC machine setup and production activities. Optimize machining processes, tooling, and cutting strategies to reduce cycle times, improve quality, and minimize waste. Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, inspect finished parts, and maintain accurate setup sheets, tool libraries, programs, and process documentation. Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED 7+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment. 7+ years of experience in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, CAMWorks, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) 7+ years of experience with various CNC machines.
