Available for qualified candidates Why This Role Exists As Euro Machine continues to expand its precision machining operations, we're looking for a versatile CNC Machinist / Programmer who can contribute across programming, setup, and production machining responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high-mix manufacturing environment where every day brings new challenges. You'll work closely with experienced machinists and programmers while supporting a wide variety of customer projects using modern CNC equipment. Founded in 1996, Euro Machine has built a reputation for precision machining, quality workmanship, and dependable delivery. Operating from a 34,000-square-foot facility in Loganville, Georgia, the company supports customers through advanced CNC milling, turning, Wire EDM, welding, finishing, and inspection capabilities. The Work You'll Be Doing In this role, you will: Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines Create and modify CNC programs using Mazatrol and Mastercam Perform complete machine setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation Produce tight-tolerance precision machined components Optimize feeds, speeds, and machining strategies to improve efficiency Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision inspection equipment Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise Support production goals while maintaining quality standards This is a hands-on machining position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the manufacturing process from programming through finished parts.
