CNC Programmer/Machinist

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently programming, setting up, and operating a Doosan Lathe (model 2600LY). The Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process utilizing machining techniques to produce high quality components that meet strict standards. Your expertise will help ensure efficient manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and safety. Duties include:

Program CNC Doosan lathe using conversational software Set up CNC engine lathes with Fanuc controls Machine metal parts with tight tolerances (up to +•.001") Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Repair steel or aluminum cores using CNC lathes Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers Focus on quality output

Qualifications:

Strong programming skills using G-Code required. Mastercam a plus. Must be able to independently program and operate Doosan lathe (model 2600LY) 3 axis machining experience required Programming skills using conversational software 3+ years CNC setup and operation experience Ability to use precision measuring equipment and strong math skills Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Join us at Finzer Roller where your skills will drive manufacturing forward!
