CNC Machinist & Programmer — 2nd Shift Help Build Our New 2nd
Shift Location:
Oak Lawn, Illinois Shift:
2nd Shift, 4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday, 3:00 p.m.- 1:30 a.
Fridays Pay:
$20- 38/hr + 2nd shift differential — based on skills, not just years: Developing Machinist (~$20
- 25): runs jobs with support, building setup skills Machinist (~$26
- 31): independent setups, tight-tolerance work Machinist Programmer / Lead (~$32
- 38): CAM programming, multi-axis, mentors others You don't need to be a programmer to apply.

Hands-on CNC machining experience Blueprint reading Attention to quality — you inspect your own work Reliable, positive, team-first attitude Problem-solving mindsetLead Preferences:
Independent setups on mills and lathes GD&T proficiency and tight-tolerance inspection CAM programming (Fusion 360 preferred) Multi-axis machining High-mix, low-volume / job shop background Manual machining Mentoring or leadership experience Experienced machinist programmers: the top of the range and the lead role are real — we're building this shift around the right person.
