Job Description
We are a leading precision contract manufacturer that specializes in medium-volume, medium-mix production for aerospace, defense, power generation, mining, transportation, and other industries. We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to work on advanced components requiring multi-axis machining, tight tolerances and strategy while building mastery in 5 axis turn/mill applications What we are looking for: Develop and refine CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and introductory simultaneous 5-axis machining TopSolid software experience is preferred but not required (will entertain Mastercam, Esprit and NX experience) Support programming of turn-mill platforms, including live tooling and secondary spindle operations Apply proper tooling selection, speeds/feeds, and cutting strategies (with guidance as needed) Verify programs through simulation and support machine prove-outs How to stand out: 3-6 years of CNC programming or advanced setup experience in a precision machining environment Working knowledge of TopSolid or another advanced CAM platform (training provided) Exposure to multi-axis machining; specifically if you have ever programmed a Mazak Integrex Experience supporting machine prove-outs Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply basic GD&T principles What's in it for you: We offer immediate health benefits (1st Day of Employment): medical, dental and vision insurance FREE short-term and long-term disability and life insurance starting from 1st day of employment Hire on Bonus 401k with company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Employee assistance program Tuition assistance Gain sharing bonuses Send us your resume and a quick note why this position is a good fit for you, we will be reaching out
