We're looking for a programmer/set-up tech who can take a print, program the machine, dial in the setup, and run first-piece validation — then work with the floor to make the job run faster and cleaner. What You'll Do Program and set up CNC wire forming and spring coiling equipment Interpret blueprints and translate complex spring and wire form geometries into efficient programs Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and first-piece validation Troubleshoot process issues and refine programs to cut scrap and cycle time Support coiling, forming, grinding, and secondary operations as needed Work directly with operators and production to improve quality and consistency What You Bring 3+ years in a wire form or spring coiling set-up/programming role strongly preferred Ability to read prints and turn designs into working machine programs Hands-on knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and adjustments A problem-solver's mindset — you notice what's slowing a job down and fix it Pay & Benefits $45,000-$65,000/year, based on experience Bonus eligible Health & dental coverage, mostly company-paid Profit sharing PTO Why Jackson Spring We're a privately owned, stable shop with specialized capabilities you won't find everywhere — including large-scale grinding.
