Core Duties Collaborate with the machining team to boost overall output quality and operational efficiency. Manage the full scope of CNC activities, including setup, tooling, fixturing, gaging, programming, and machine operation. Analyze and translate complex part drawings and GD&T specifications. Provide mentorship to CNC operators to ensure they master the correct technical processes. Direct the daily activities of the CNC production staff to ensure workflow continuity. Keep accurate production logs, quality documentation, and manage tool stock levels. Required Background Completion of a high school diploma or GED is mandatory. An associate degree in an engineering field is considered a plus. Minimum of three years spent operating CNC machinery and utilizing mechanical tools. Demonstrate deep technical expertise in CNC programming and setup, specifically regarding Fanuc controls, G-code, and M-code logic. Proficiency in operating both vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as lathes. Familiarity with CAD/CAM platforms like SolidWorks and Mastercam is highly valued. Prior experience operating a forklift is beneficial. Compensation The pay range for this position is $35 to $40 per hour.
