CNC lathes (Swiss training provided) Why This Role Exists Camtool, Inc. is growing its CNC lathe capability and wants someone who can program and run lathe work independently from day one. You don't need Swiss experience to apply - Camtool will train the right person on Swiss lathes once you're up to speed. What matters most walking in the door is that you can already program and run CNC lathe work on your own. The Work You'll Be Doing Program and set up CNC lathe jobs from blueprints and prints Run production on CNC lathes, making offset and program adjustments as needed Hold tight tolerances on finished parts, checking work with standard inspection tools Train alongside the team to pick up Swiss lathe programming and operation over time Help troubleshoot tooling, fixturing, and program issues as they come up Keep accurate documentation on jobs run and any changes made Machines, Controls & Software CNC lathes today, with training provided on Swiss lathes as you're ready for it. Exact machine brands and controls vary by job.
What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years of hands-on CNC lathe programming experience Comfortable running your own setups and reading blueprints Able to hold tight tolerances and check your own work
Preferred:
