Work in a climate‑controlled, 14,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with multi‑axis mills, live‑tooling lathes, and advanced inspection tools. Role snapshot Create, refine, and debug Mastercam programs for turning and milling—supporting both prototype and production runs. Set up and operate CNC machines to validate and run your programs. Execute in‑process and final inspections using CMM, micrometers, and bore gauges. Apply GD&T to ensure parts meet blueprint requirements. Maintain tooling, assist with fabrication as needed, and follow safety/quality procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of Mastercam programming experience ( version 19 or newer ). Proven CNC programming background within a manufacturing environment. Strong blueprint interpretation, mechanical aptitude, and GD&T fluency. Experience with tooling setup and precision measurement instruments. Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, and solutions‑driven.
