Job Description

Build the industry's most challenging injection molds. CS Tool Engineering is a family-owned precision mold builder specializing in high-quality injection molds for the automotive and consumer products industries. We are looking for an experienced Tool Designer who is passionate about designing world-class tooling and enjoys seeing their designs become reality on the shop floor. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Design plastic injection molds from concept through production. Develop complete 3D mold designs using Siemens NX. Create detailed manufacturing drawings and documentation. Program CNC machining operations as required. Work closely with Operations, Project Management, CNC Machinists, Toolmakers, and Customers. Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement. Support engineering changes and mold repairs. Maintain accurate project documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience designing plastic injection molds. Proficiency with Siemens NX preferred. Familiarity with multiple CAD platforms. CNC programming experience preferred. Strong understanding of mold construction and machining. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
