Job Description

Job Overview:

Our client has several CNC positions open ranging from Operators, Programmers to Engineers. If you are a skilled CNC professional of any level, please reach out and hear about the opportunities we are actively interviewing for!

Responsibilities:

Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes using Esprit CAD/CAM Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, quality, and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Select tooling, speeds, and feeds for complex parts Troubleshoot machining issues to reduce downtime Drive continuous improvement initiatives Train and support machine operators Collaborate with production and quality teams

Qualifications:

3+ years Swiss CNC programming experience or more for Sr. level positions Proficiency with Esprit software Strong GD&T and machining knowledge Experience in aerospace/medical manufacturing preferred
