The ideal candidates for permanent positions will have a minimum of 7 years of comparable experience. Qualified candidate will also have experience with tight tolerance and wide variety of materials for prototype parts. Demonstrated experience with problem solving and/or creative thinking is a huge plus. Must-haves for both permanent and part-time : High school diploma or equivalent. Good working knowledge of MasterCam. Must be self-sufficient in programming and set-up (some flexibility on this for part-time). Must be able to read blue prints. Must be able to pass drug test and felony background check. Experience in a prototype shop environment or equivalent classroom environment The ability to work productivity in a team environment Additional requirements for permanent positions: Minimum 7 years CNC lathe machining experience. Must have own tools. Must be willing and able to work overtime when necessary. Must be willing and able to work weekends when necessary.
Additional nice-to-have qualifications:
Working knowledge of SolidWorks Experience operating and/or programming
