• in Livonia, MI that is seeking an experienced
• CNC Programmer
• to join their team on 1st shift. This role is focused on
• high-speed machining and precision tooling for the plastic injection molding industry
• , with an emphasis on complex multi-axis programming, tight tolerances, and continuous improvement.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Develop CNC programs for
• 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines using Mastercam
• + Program high-speed machining of hardened steels and electrodes used in precision mold applications + Support programming for horizontal mills used in soft machining of steel and plastics + Create and maintain machining instructions, setup sheets, and technical documentation + Modify drawings and support engineering changes as needed + Troubleshoot machining issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions + Help develop and maintain programming and quality standards + Work closely with machinists, engineering, and shop floor teams to support production and continuous improvement •Qualifications•+ Previous experience with •Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM programming software•+ Strong •3D, multi-axis CNC programming•experience + Prior machine shop experience required + Strong blueprint reading and understanding of •GD&T•+ Knowledge of machining principles, speeds and feeds, and dimensional tolerancing + Experience working with tight tolerances and metric measurements + Strong problem-solving and technical judgment skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Familiarity with •

ISO 9000 / AS9100

• quality standards preferred + Proficiency with Microsoft Office
