On Site We are actively recruiting for an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer for a direct hire opportunity with an established precision manufacturing company in Memphis, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional with strong lathe programming, setup, and machining experience who is looking for a long term position with a precision manufacturing operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program CNC lathes for precision machined components Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production Set up CNC lathes, tooling, fixtures, and workholding Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Determine proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences Perform program edits and adjustments at the machine as needed Troubleshoot programming, tooling, setup, and machining issues Verify finished components meet required dimensions and specifications Use precision measuring equipment to verify part quality Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, production, and quality teams Identify opportunities to improve cycle times, tooling performance, quality, and machining efficiency Maintain accurate programs and manufacturing documentation Follow established safety and quality requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous CNC lathe programming experience required Strong CNC lathe setup and machining knowledge Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, speeds, and feeds Experience troubleshooting CNC machining and programming issue Experience using precision measuring equipment Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a precision manufacturing environment #INDQT
