Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing industrial machinery manufacturer serving a variety of industries.Details:
Full-time | Monday-Friday | On-SiteBUILD IT. PROGRAM IT. MAKE IT RIGHT.
We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and getting the job done right. This isn't simply a machine operator position. You'll be hands-on with programming, setup, machining, inspection, and problem-solving in a clean, climate-controlled facility where your experience and technical judgment matter. If you can look at a complex drawing, understand what needs to happen at the machine, and turn that plan into a quality finished part, this might be the right fit for you.What You'll Do:
Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, specifications, and work instructions. Program, set up, and perform changeovers on CNC equipment. Perform precision turning, milling, drilling, boring, and related machining operations. Work to close and interrelated tolerances while maintaining demanding quality standards. Inspect and gauge parts throughout the machining process. Measure finished workpieces to verify conformance to specifications. Run multiple machines simultaneously when applicable. Maintain clean machines, tooling, work areas, and finished parts. Work collaboratively with the CNC team to solve problems and keep jobs moving. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.Application Requirements:
5+ years of conventional and/or CNC machine operating experience. 3+ years of CNC CAM programming experience. Strong understanding of CNC machining and precision manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings. Excellent attendance and reliability. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction. Physical requirements apply.Preferences That Set You Apart:
Mastercam programming. Okuma and DMG lathes and machining centers. Multiple-axis machining experience. Vericut programming experience.Compensation & Benefits:
