Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Rock Tool and Machine. In this role, you will be responsible for Programming and operating CNC Mills to produce precision parts that meet strict specifications. Your expertise will play a vital role in supporting our diverse range of clients across various industries. Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC machines according to specifications. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy of machined parts. Perform CAM programming to optimize machining processes. Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams on design modifications and improvements. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand tools. Familiarity with AutoCad, Solidworks, or similar CAD software is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
