Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment. Modify, and optimize CNC programs using machine controls Monitor machine operations to ensure parts meet specifications Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and understand GD&T. Perform first-article inspections (PPAP) and verify dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues to minimize downtime. Make program adjustments to improve cycle times, quality, and machine efficiency.
