You will be tasked with the setup, operation, and programming of CNC equipment to manufacture superior components. We invite those who possess a strong drive for precision engineering and an aptitude for technical troubleshooting to apply. Core Duties Configure and run CNC mills and lathes to manufacture accurate parts. Develop and adjust CNC code using G-code and relevant programming languages. Verify that all completed items align with required standards through thorough quality checks. Work alongside design and engineering staff to improve overall machining workflows. Execute regular equipment upkeep to help maintain a high-performing production environment. Identify and fix technical complications that occur throughout the manufacturing process. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and orderly. Required Skills and Experience Completion of high school or equivalent, with a preference for those holding a technical degree or CNC certification. Demonstrated background in CNC machining and programming with deep knowledge of machine operation. Skilled at analyzing and understanding technical schematics and blueprints. Knowledgeable in the use of diverse CNC software applications and tooling. Dedicated to precision and the consistent delivery of high-quality results. Capable of operating solo or collaborating with others in a high-speed setting. Strong analytical abilities to help resolve complex production challenges effectively.
