CNC Programmer - 1st/2nd/3rd

Shift Minneapolis, MN Pay:

$35.00 - $48.00 per hour

Medical Device Manufacturing Shift:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available Join a well-established medical device manufacturer and become part of a skilled machining team producing precision components for a highly regulated production environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer who enjoys developing efficient programs, dialing in setups, and working in a fast-paced, quality-driven manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for mills and/or lathes using CAM software. Set up and prove out new programs, making offset and speed/feed adjustments as needed. Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications to plan machining sequences. Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding for each job. Troubleshoot and correct program or process issues to maintain tight tolerances. Perform first-article and in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment. Maintain accurate documentation in line with ISO 13485 and GMP requirements. What We're Looking For 3-10+ years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment; senior-level candidates encouraged to apply. Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar) and G-code. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills. Experience with multi-axis mills and/or Swiss-type lathes; senior candidates should have demonstrated experience programming complex, tight-tolerance parts. Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
