Job Description

Dynamic Air is the world leader in pneumatic handling systems and process equipment for bulk solids. We are a growing manufacturer with a precision machining shop specializing in both job shop prototypes and production runs. We're seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team, working with a variety of high-quality machines and materials. If you enjoy hands-on setup, programming, and running parts from print to finish in a collaborative environment, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
Set up and program CNC machines using conversational and G&M code Operate and troubleshoot Milltronics vertical mills and lathes, Enshu horizontal mills, and Mazak machines (experience with these or similar is highly preferred) Read and interpret blueprints, consult with engineering and production teams as needed to ensure parts meet specifications Handle jobs from start to finish, including fixturing, tool selection, speeds/feeds, and quality checks Work with diverse materials, including nylon, aluminum, carbon steel, cast iron, and stainless steel Safely load/unload large parts and fixtures using overhead cranes and forklifts (common due to part sizes)
Requirements:
Proven experience setting up and programming CNC mills and lathes (conversational and G-code required; specific Milltronics, Enshu, Mazak experience a strong plus) Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints Comfortable in a fast-paced mix of job shop and production environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Physical ability to handle heavy parts with cranes/forklifts Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
Schedule & Details:
Full-time, Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks Competitive hourly rate based on experience
