CNC Lathe Setup / Programmer

Schedule:

Day Shift 10hr Shifts (X4). Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Vacation:

Start with 2 Weeks PTO ```Duties```

• Program and Set up CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications.
• Haas and Fanuc Controllers
• Load and unload materials
• Monitor the machining process to ensure quality control standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on the lathe machine to ensure optimal performance
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions of finished parts ```Requirements```
• MasterCam CAD CAM
• Previous experience Programming / Setting Up CNC lathe machines
• Proficient in G&M Codes
• Strong knowledge of lathe machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with machining software such as SolidWorks or CAD
• Experience with press brake machines is a plus
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
