Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with CNC setup and programming, specifically utilizing Lathes or Okuma
LU4000-EX
machinery. Proven ability to develop and modify CNC programs, including the reverse engineering of parts into functional programs. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic drawings and schematics. Background in industrial, construction, agricultural, or mechanical repair, with specific experience in fluid power, pump rebuilding, or hydraulic repair.
Compensation and Perks:
Annual salary range between $55,000 and $80,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Significant opportunities for overtime work. Paid time off provided. Retirement savings plan through 401K. Additional company incentives.
Core Responsibilities:
Contribute to the success of our facility by manufacturing, programming, and restoring hydraulic motors, cylinders, pumps, and bespoke assemblies. Support operational efficiency by setting up and running CNC lathes to produce hydraulic components for heavy equipment, agricultural, and industrial sectors. Ensure high-quality output by adjusting CNC code, analyzing blueprints, verifying dimensions, and performing routine machine maintenance to keep the production line running smoothly. Maintain equipment reliability by machining various components like valves, housings, rods, and shafts, while also conducting repairs on complex hydraulic systems.
