In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our manufacturing processes and ensuring precision in our machining operations. If you have a passion for programming and a knack for manufacturing engineering, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Program Multi-axis CNC machines using Mastercam to produce high-precision components. Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances (primarily Fanuc controllers). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues. Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Support sales by producing runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quoting Train and mentor machinists and operators on best practices and safety protocols. Qualifications Positive attitude, team orientated with strong communication skills 7-10 Years experience as a CNC Programmer (mastercam, g-code, m-code) Proven multi-axis experience as a Machinist in a aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
