  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC machine programs to produce precision components efficiently and accurately. Your expertise in CNC machining, programming software, and mechanical blueprint interpretation will drive quality and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, including 5-axis CNC machines and CNC lathes, while contributing to innovative manufacturing solutions that meet rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Develop and write CNC programs using Autodesk and Mastercam products Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining setups aligned with design specifications. Set up CNC machining tools, including tooling selection and calibration, ensuring optimal performance on machines like CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine manufacturing processes, troubleshoot machining issues, and ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards for quality control. Qualifications Proven experience programming CNC machines using Fanuc controls or similar systems. Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA for engineering CAD design and blueprint interpretation. Knowledge of CAM software for CNC programming and machining process optimization. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics accurately. Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other precision measurement instruments. Experience working with CNC tooling setup for various metal machining applications. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately while applying GD&T standards for precise manufacturing outcomes.
