Essential Functions Review and sign off engineering drawings for EO changes and parts for new product. Write G-Code and conversational programs for CNC lathes, CNC mills and multi-axis CNC machines. Provide tool lists and necessary setup documentation to operators for successful part creation. Designing simple fixtures, form cutting tools and manufacturing aides and working with teammates in the appropriate area for on time completion. Be able to provide coaching and technical support for program prove out and manufacturing challenges. Develop the proper process to create parts from raw material or modify existing inventory and maintain part routing in ERP system. Collaborate with sales and engineering to determine manufacturability of prototypes and future design. Understanding of proper inspection methods and quality gaging.
