Vertical Mill using Mazatrol and Solidcam

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
• Determine the sequence of operations and select the appropriate tooling
• Monitor machine operations to detect any defects or malfunctions
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes
• Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and using precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with operating a lathe is beneficial
• Previous experience operating Mazak CNC mills is required
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• Experience operating cranes for material handling is preferred
