Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.Responsibilities:
- Performs set-ups/changes on production runs utilizing CNC Milling
- Knowledge of programming
- CNC Milling.
- Ability to analyze the information provided on blueprints or other explanatory documents to make sure the final product matches the draft
- Problem-solving skills in order to detect issues in the creation process and find solutions to ensure the machinery creates the product provided in the draft
- Ability to hold close tolerances on all types of alloys.
- Knowledge of different measuring tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator
- Knowledge of tooling, lathe operations, press operations, and GD&T principles
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and quality control www.
