In-person We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations while supporting quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD&T specifications. Set up and operate CNC equipment, including Fanuc-controlled machines. Verify tooling, fixtures, offsets, and machine calibration. Use precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and CMMs. Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency. Maintain accurate program and setup documentation. Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts. QualificationsRequired 3+ years of CNC programming and manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning operations. Experience with CAM programming. Working knowledge of G-code and M-code. Ability to read blueprints and GD&T. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and math skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience with ESPRIT CAM, Mastercam, or similar CAM software. Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software. Knowledge of 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machining. Experience with EDM, high-speed machining, and lean manufacturing principles. Background in aerospace, automotive, medical device, or other precision manufacturing environments.

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
