$65,000 - $80,000 per year About the Position We are looking for an Entry-Level CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CNC programs for our production equipment and supporting operators on the manufacturing line. Our company manufactures panels using Salvagnini technology , and this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and solving production challenges. This is a second shift / swing shift position and will require the ability to work the company's established second-shift schedule. Key Responsibilities Program CNC equipment used in the production of panels and components. Develop, modify, and optimize programs to improve quality, efficiency, and production throughput. Work closely with machine operators to ensure programs run correctly and efficiently. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting when operators encounter programming, tooling, or production issues. Troubleshoot problems on the production line and identify practical solutions. Make program adjustments as needed to accommodate changes in parts, materials, or production requirements. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, supervisors, and production personnel. Help train and support operators with CNC programming and machine operation. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure programs meet quality and production requirements. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. Qualifications CNC programming experience is preferred; candidates with strong machining, manufacturing, or engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Machinists, CNC programmers, and engineers are strongly preferred. Experience troubleshooting CNC equipment, programs, or manufacturing processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and modify CNC programs. Experience with Salvagnini equipment or technology is a strong plus , but training can be provided to the right candidate. Comfortable working directly with machine operators and production personnel. Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while also being a team player. Ability and willingness to work second shift / swing shift. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who isn't afraid to get onto the production floor and figure out why something isn't working. While this is an entry-level programming position, we value practical manufacturing experience and strong troubleshooting ability.
