Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented professional to join our team focused on supporting the transition from manual processes to CNC automation within a manufacturing environment. Our team is looking for an expert who will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing machining operations for new equipment deployment.

Responsibilities:

Lead the ramp-up of new CNC equipment by creating programs and developing work holding fixtures. Design new jigs, tools, and fixtures, providing technical guidance to production personnel as needed. Supervise validation of new program rollouts and communicate processes effectively with engineers, quality, and production teams. Collaborate daily with manufacturing engineers to resolve machining and operational challenges while implementing corrective actions.

Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience writing CNC machining center programs and developing work holding fixtures. At least 4 years of experience supporting a manufacturing environment with hands-on involvement in tooling and program improvement. Proficient in SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCad, and G-code programming for CNC equipment. Proactive, results-driven approach with proven skills in organizing workflow and training operators on new machining technologies.
