Monday through Friday (if applicable) Pay $25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Plan machining operations by studying work orders, blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Calculate machining requirements using basic math, geometry, and trigonometry. Program, set up, and operate CNC machines by entering instructions, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and reference points. Set up machines by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, collets, bushings, attachments, stops, stock pushers, and other tooling. Perform setups on both CNC and manual equipment. Edit and troubleshoot G-Code programming as needed. Indicate vises and tram machine heads to ensure proper alignment. Perform tool offsets and monitor tool wear for optimal performance. Conduct routine cleaning and light maintenance of CNC machines. Perform machining operations including drilling, grooving, cutting, turning, facing, knurling, and threading. Follow ISO standards and safety protocols at all times. Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory guidelines. Minimum Requirements 5+ years CNC operator/programmer experience preferred. 1-2 years experience operating manual lathes required. Strong understanding of machining processes and programming. Nice to Have Skills Experience with G-Code editing and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ISO standards and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical training or certifications in CNC programming or machining a plus. Other Requirements Ability to respond quickly to sounds and visual cues. Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly. On-site work at manufacturing facility. Physical ability to perform routine machine setup and maintenance.
