Job Description
About the Role As a CNC Machining Programmer, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for translating complex engineering designs into high-precision manufacturing processes. By leveraging advanced CAM software and deep machining knowledge, you will directly influence production efficiency, part quality, and the successful execution of intricate multi-axis projects. Responsibilities Develop and refine CNC programs to ensure optimal performance on multi-axis milling and turning centers. Translate technical blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specifications into robust machining strategies. Create comprehensive documentation, including setup sheets and tooling requirements, to streamline shop floor operations. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining challenges to maintain high production standards. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing cycle times and tool life to maximize output without compromising quality. Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to refine manufacturing workflows and ensure project success. Qualifications Required Skills 3+ years of professional experience in CNC programming. Demonstrated expertise in programming mills, lathes, or mill-turn equipment. Strong proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and GD&T standards. Comprehensive understanding of machining fundamentals, including feeds, speeds, and tooling selection. Hands-on experience with standard CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Nakamura, or Okuma. Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency in
