This CNC Programmer/Operator opportunity supports a hands-on, problem-solving environment with machining across mills and lathes, including multi-axis capabilities. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer/Operator position include: 5+ years of CNC machining/programming experience (regulated industry preferred). Strong CNC programming skills with the ability to write or modify G-code for Fanuc-controlled equipment. Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes, including multi-axis equipment. Experience with 4-axis, 5-axis, or multi-axis CNC equipment such as X/Y/Z/C or B-axis turning centers. Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks drawings. Experience setting up tools, chucks, and attachments and verifying settings via first-run parts and measurement. Strong inspection capability using precision measuring instruments to maintain tolerances and troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently, participate in problem solving and continuous improvement, and support both CNC and manual machining as workload requires.
Salary:
$52,000 - $72,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
