Job Description

We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team and take ownership of programming precision-machined components in a custom fabrication/job shop environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on unique, one-off parts while collaborating with machinists and engineers to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance. Responsibilities + Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam or similar CAM software. + Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings. + Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to maximize efficiency and quality. + Program CNC mills and lathes for custom and low-volume production. + Support machine setups, first article inspections, and production troubleshooting. + Collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve processes and reduce cycle times. + Apply GD&T principles and maintain tight tolerances. Qualifications + 3+ years of CNC programming experience. + Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software. + Strong understanding of CNC milling and turning operations. + Ability to read blueprints and CAD models. + Experience with tight-tolerance, custom-machined parts. + Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
